Hytale Command Reference

Below, you will find reference lists for the commands players & staff have access to. For more info on the different player ranks, and lists of current Wizards/Staff Team members, see Hytale Player Ranks.

Troll

If you are at the troll rank then you have access to no commands, and due to your poor behavior all you may do is type in the chat.

Builder

Basic Commands

• /help - View all available commands. (Not all commands shown players have access to due to server limitations.)
• /emote <emote> - Play an Emote.
• /iteminfo - Displays all ingame items and info for them.
• /msg /tell /w <player> <message> - Sends a private message to the specified player.
• /r <message> - Sends a reply message to the last person to whisper you.
• /whereami - Tells the player where they are.
• /who - List all players online.

Home/Warp/TP Commands

• /spawn - Teleports you to the server-wide spawn.
• /homes - Open homes GUI
• /sethome <name> - Set a home at your current location
• /home <name> - Teleport to one of your homes
• /delhome <name> - Delete a home
• /back - Teleport to a previous location. (60 second cool down.)
• /tpa <player> - Request teleport to a player. (30 second cool down.)
• /tpahere <player> - Request a player teleport to you. (30 second cool down.)
• /tpa accept - Accept a pending teleport.
• /tpcancel - Cancel your pending teleport request.
• /tpdeny - Deny a pending teleport request.
• /warp - Teleport to a server warp.
• /warps - List all server warps.

Party/Claim Commands

• /friends or /friend - Open friends GUI.
• /partymsg or /pmsg - Send a message to all party members.
• /ping or /p - Ping a location for your party members.
• /pingclear - Clear your current ping.
• /simpleclaims - Opens the chunk claim GUI.
• /simpleclaimsparty - Opens the party information and editing GUI.
• /simpleclaimsparty create - Creates a new party.
• /simpleclaimsparty invite <player> - Invites a player to your party.
• /simpleclaimsparty invite-accept - Accepts your most recent party invite.
• /simpleclaimsparty leave - Leaves your current party.
• /simpleclaims claim - Claims the chunk where you are currently located.
• /simpleclaims unclaim - Unclaims the chunk where you are currently located.

Super User (Inherits from Builder+)

User Control Commands

• /kick <player> - Kicks player from the server.
• /ban <player> - Bans player from the server.
• /admin - Limited access to Admin GUI for mutes/bans.
• /co inspect - Allows access to the CoreProtect inspect command. (Toggle On/Off)

Admin (Inherits from Super User)

User Commands

• /gamemode <mode> - Changes gamemode of player.
• /unban <player> - Removes ban on a player.
• /kill <player> - Kill and respawn a player.
• /a - Send a message in Admin chat.
• /vanish - Toggle vanish mode (become invisible to other players).
• /htp <player> - Teleport to a player
• /htphere <player> - Teleport a player to you

Party/Claim Commands

• /simpleclaims admin-claim - Claims the chunk for the selected admin party.
• /simpleclaims admin-unclaim - Unclaims the chunk.
• /simpleclaimsparty admin-create <party-name> - Creates a new party with a specific name (admin tool).
• /simpleclaimsparty admin-party-list - Shows all parties and allows an admin to edit them.
• /simpleclaimsparty admin-modify-chunk <amount> - Changes the chunk limit of the currently selected party.
• /simpleclaimsparty admin-modify-chunk-all <amount> - Changes the chunk limit for all existing parties.
• /simpleclaimsparty admin-override - Toggles ignoring all chunk restrictions for the admin.
• /simpleclaimsparty add-chunk-amount <player-name> <amount> - Adds a specific amount of chunks to the party of the specified player.

Admin GUIs

• /admin - Access to Admin GUI.
• /am - Access to Auto Message GUI.
• /homes admin - Access to Homes Admin GUI.
• /prefix ui - Open the prefix manager GUI.
• /simpleclaims admin-chunk - Opens the chunk claim GUI in Admin mode.
• /co - Open the Core Protect GUI.
• /rg - Allows use of all rg commands for world protect. (Flags - pvp/build/falldamage/mobdamage/chestaccess/use/map)
• /plugins - View Server Plugins.

Group Managment

• /lp user <user> info - Information on a users rank.
• /lp user <user> parent add <rank> - Promote user to selected rank.
• /lp user <user> parent remove <rank> - Demote user from selected rank.

OP Restricted Commands

• /lp editor - Access to rank permission web ui.
• /lp user <player> permission set luckperms.* true - Access to "OP" in game.
• /bm config hideplayers - Hides player cursors on the map. (Currently Enabled)
• /bm config hidewarps - Hides other players' warps on the map. (Currently Enabled)
• /bm config waypointteleports/markerteleport - Toggles the ability to teleport to waypoints/markets. (Currently Disabled)
