Hytale Command Reference

Below, you will find reference lists for the commands players & staff have access to. For more info on the different player ranks, and lists of current Wizards/Staff Team members, see Hytale Player Ranks.

Troll

If you are at the troll rank then you have access to no commands, and due to your poor behavior all you may do is type in the chat.

Builder

Basic Commands

• /help - View all available commands. (Not all commands shown players have access to due to server limitations.)
• /emote <emote> - Play an Emote.
• /iteminfo - Displays all ingame items and info for them.
• /whereami - Tells the player where they are.
• /who - List all players online.
• /msg /tell /w <player> <message> - Sends a private message to the specified player.
• /r <message> - Sends a reply message to the last person to whisper you.

Warp/TP Commands

• /spawn - Teleports you to the server-wide spawn.
• /back - Teleport to a previous location. (60 second cool down.)
• /warp - Teleport to a server warp.
• /tpa <player> - Request teleport to a player. (30 second cool down.)
• /tpahere <player> - Request a player teleport to you. (30 second cool down.)
• /tpa accept - Accept a pending teleport.
• /tpcancel - Cancel your pending teleport request.
• /tpdeny - Deny a pending teleport request.

Party Commands

• /friends or /friend - Open friends GUI.
• /partymsg or /pmsg - Send a message to all party members.
• /ping or /p - Ping a location for your party members.
• /pingclear - Clear your current ping.

Adventure Commands

Adventure commands will only work in the adventure world.

• /homes - Open homes GUI (Builders currently have access to 7 homes)
• /home <name> - Teleport to one of your homes
• /sethome <name> - Set a home at your current location
• /delhome <name> - Delete a home

Party Commands

• /p - Opens the Party Browser GUI.
• /p create <name> - Creates a new party with the specified name.
• /p rename <name> - Renames your party (leader only).
• /p invite <player> - Invites a player to your party.
• /p invites - Shows pending party invites.
• /p accept - Accepts a party invite.
• /p decline - Declines a party invite.
• /p leave - Leaves your current party.
• /p kick <player> - Kicks a player from your party (leader only).
• /p transfer <player> - Transfers leadership to another player (leader only).
• /p disband - Disbands your party (leader only).
• /p tp <player> - Teleports to a party member.
• /p info - Shows party information.
• /ping - Pings the block you're looking at for party members/

Claim Commands

Claim commands will only work in the adventure world.

• /sc claim - Claims the chunk the user is standing on.
• /sc unclaim - Unclaims the chunk the user is standing on if the chunk belongs to its party
• /sc - Opens the chunk claim GUI.

Creative Commands

Creative commands will only work in the creative world.

• /plot - Main plot command.
• /plot help - Shows help for all plot commands.
• /plot claim - Claim the plot you're standing on.
• /plot auto - Automatically find and claim an unclaimed plot.
• /plot home - Teleport to your plot.
• /plot visit - Visit another player's plot.
• /plot info - Show information about the current plot.
• /plot list - List all your claimed plots.
• /plot add - Add a trusted member to your plot.
• /plot remove - Remove a member from your plot.

Builder + (Inherits from Builder)

Adventure (Survival) Commands

• /homes - Open homes GUI (Builder + currently has access to 13 homes)

Creative Commands

Creative commands will only work in the creative world.

• Builder Tools - Grants permission to use Builder tools within your plot.

Wizard (Inherits from Builder+)

Adventure (Survival) Commands

• /homes - Open homes GUI (Wizard currently has access to 15 homes)

Super User (Inherits from Wizard)

Basic Commands

• /a - Access to Staff Chat

Adventure (Survival) Commands

• /homes - Open homes GUI (Super User currently has access to 20 homes)

User Control Commands

• /kick <player> - Kicks player from the server.
• /ban <player> - Bans player from the server.
• /admin - Limited access to Admin GUI for mutes/bans.

Creative Commands

Creative commands will only work in the creative world.

• /co inspect - Allows access to the CoreProtect inspect command. (Toggle On/Off)

Admin (Inherits from Super User)

Not all admin commands are listed below due to sheer volume. Most noteworthy are below and are not location restricted.

Admin GUIs

• /admin - Access to Admin GUI.
• /am - Access to Auto Message GUI.
• /homes admin - Access to Homes Admin GUI.
• /prefix ui - Open the prefix manager GUI.
• /simpleclaims admin-chunk - Opens the chunk claim GUI in Admin mode.
• /co - Open the Core Protect GUI.
• /rg - Allows use of all rg commands for world protect. (Flags - pvp/build/falldamage/mobdamage/chestaccess/use/map)
• /plugins - View Server Plugins.

User Control Commands

• /gamemode <a/c> <player> - Changes gamemode of player.
• /unban <player> - Removes ban on a player.
• /kill <player> - Kill and respawn a player.
• /vanish or /v - Toggle vanish mode (become invisible to other players).
• /lootr custom x y z - Turns a standerd chest into a lootr container.

Warps/TP Commands

• /htp <player> - Teleport to a player
• /htphere <player> - Teleport a player to you
• /setwarp <name> - Create a new warp.
• /delwarp <name> - Delete a warp.
• /setspawn <name> - Update the current spawn location.
• /delspawn <name> - Delete the current spawn location.

Creative Commands

• /plot admin - Admin command group.
• /plot admin claim - Claim a plot for the server (admin plot).
• /plot admin delete - Delete the current plot.
• /plot admin setspawn - Set the plot world spawn point.
• /plot admin info - Show plugin statistics.

Party/Claim Commands

• /simpleclaims admin-claim - Claims the chunk for the selected admin party.
• /simpleclaims admin-unclaim - Unclaims the chunk.
• /simpleclaimsparty admin-create <party-name> - Creates a new party with a specific name (admin tool).
• /simpleclaimsparty admin-party-list - Shows all parties and allows an admin to edit them.
• /simpleclaimsparty admin-modify-chunk <amount> - Changes the chunk limit of the currently selected party.
• /simpleclaimsparty admin-modify-chunk-all <amount> - Changes the chunk limit for all existing parties.
• /simpleclaimsparty admin-override - Toggles ignoring all chunk restrictions for the admin.
• /simpleclaimsparty add-chunk-amount <player-name> <amount> - Adds a specific amount of chunks to the party of the specified player.

Group Managment

• /lp user <user> info - Information on a users rank.
• /lp user <user> parent add <rank> - Promote user to selected rank.
• /lp user <user> parent remove <rank> - Demote user from selected rank.

OP Restricted Commands

• /lp editor - Access to rank permission web ui.
• /lp user <player> permission set luckperms.* true - Access to "OP" in game.
• /bm config hideplayers - Hides player cursors on the map. (Currently Enabled)
• /bm config hidewarps - Hides other players' warps on the map. (Currently Enabled)
• /bm config waypointteleports/markerteleport - Toggles the ability to teleport to waypoints/markets. (Currently Disabled)
