On Saturday 21st at 23:00 GMT, players were brought into a new Survival world limited to a 2000x2000 block space by Skalamandar of The Black Dawn, with five hidden "temples" scattered throughout the map. Players were told to locate these temples and collect the skull hidden inside each one. In less than an hour, the five temples were located, leaving Crayble1, BumbleBee0123, MkX13, Jesse_070296 and kiiaz each with a skull. No prizes were awarded, and the event was revealed to be the "first stage" for a "test" not explicitly explained. A subsequent event known as The Trial was announced to be the "second stage", despite being open to the entire playerbase.
