Docpify, also know as Presage is a developer and service provider for Runsafe.
The minecraft server, forums, website, wiki, jenkins and teamspeak is all hosted on hardware at his home. The minutiae of administering these services are handled by him.

The best place to get in touch would be to hop onto TeamSpeak and get in touch with Presage, which is his name there.
In the game
Doc likes his redstone and he enjoys the creative world above all else. You rarely spot him out and about in the survival world.
