The Runsafe Bank is both a location in Spawn and a term used for enderchests on the server. Items placed in enderchests will always be accessible to that specific player only via any enderchest, and can be accessed without ever crafting/locating one via the bank location at Spawn. The fastest way to reach the bank is with the command /bank.
