General rules for Minecraft server

  • Be mature and do not annoy other players or staff members.
  • Show respect towards other players.
  • Never impersonate a staff member.
  • If you ask for a higher rank than builder, you will ruin your chances of getting a promotion.
  • Do not spam chat by making words too long, repeating messages, using excessive caps in a chat message, etc.
  • While it is allowed under certain circumstances, please refrain from using any language other than English.
  • Do not advertise anything on our servers (this includes other server IPs) without permission from an admin.
  • No hacking of any kind is allowed. If you see a hacker, do not call them out in chat. Report them to a staff member using "/m <player> <message>".
  • If you come across a bug within the server, do not exploit it, report them to a staff member. If you are unsure who the staff members are, check Player Ranks.
  • Do not use a mod without permission. We generally do not allow mods, but some are acceptable. Always check with an admin before installing/using a mod.
  • The use of client-side modifications to automatically broadcast text messages or perform emotes is not permitted on Runsafe. The use of such mofications may be used to execute commands in a quick fashion but this exception does not extend beyond responsive macros. For example, automatically teleporting your player when at low health is not permitted.

If a rule is broken, staff will assess the situation and take necessary action. Punishments often include being kicked, muted, or banned. This applies to both Minecraft and TeamSpeak. Staff may resort to other methods of punishment to keep things in check. Very minor rule breaks will sometimes only result in a warning.
