The Tunnel

The Tunnel was a long, dark, obsidian passageway that appeared at Old spawn in March 2013. A mysterious entrance led players down into a deadly corridor filled with obstacles and traps. Puzzles, parkour, and PvP throughout the length of the passageway made it incredibly difficult for players to progress. Players who reached the end of the Tunnel in its first 24 hours were awarded a small prize & special achievement (see Achievements) by Kruithne. The Tunnel entrance closed for a brief time afterwards. It later re-opened to the public until May 2013, when it vanished completely.
A second Tunnel appeared later that year during The Trial event, and a third Tunnel simply dubbed the Tunnel 3 appeared during the Runsafe Revival.
